몸의 휴식보다 뇌를 위한 것이 수면이라고?
이것은 사실 전문적 부분이다. 눈높이를 내려 누구나 알아 이해를 돕기 위해 여기에 소개한다.
<뇌 세탁>이란 표현을 이 뇌 의학 연구소 사이트를 통해 읽고 알게 됐을 것이다.
